1kg Petrobond Oil Bonded Casting Sand

Petrobond is a high oil mix bonded sand suitable for casting non-ferrous metals, including gold, silver, aluminium,  bronze silicon bronze, manganese bronze, and brass and copper based alloys. The sand produces a fine surface finish and produces comparable results to delft clay, using the same techniques and tools. It can also be used as an alternative to green sand for larger castings and produces near die cast quality casting. The sand can be reused multiple times.
